Anti-US Rally Held in Support of Islamic Republic of Iran in Istanbul

Hundreds of Turkish citizens and cultural activists gathered in Istanbul on Sunday in a large anti-American rally to voice support for the Islamic Republic of Iran and protest Israeli crimes in the region.

Hawzah News Agency- The demonstration took place on Sunday afternoon outside the US consulate in Istanbul, where participants chanted slogans condemning Washington’s policies and Israel’s actions in the Middle East. Protesters called for an end to what they described as US interference in the internal affairs of Muslim countries and continued backing of the Israeli regime.

In a final statement, the demonstrators stressed that nations of the region will not remain silent in the face of oppression and injustice, underscoring their rejection of American hegemony and Zionist aggression. They described the gathering as part of a broader wave of popular resistance against global arrogance.

Religious scholars, cultural figures, and activists took part in the rally, marking the Ten Days of Fajr, which commemorate the victory of Iran’s 1979 Islamic Revolution. Speakers highlighted the event as a symbol of Islamic unity and solidarity with Iran in confronting external pressure and sanctions.

The rally concluded with the reading of a closing statement in Persian and Turkish, calling for the continuation of resistance against Zionism and reaffirming support for the Islamic Republic of Iran as a key pillar in the struggle against oppression in the region.

Similar demonstrations have been held in recent months across several countries, reflecting growing public anger over US policies and Israel’s ongoing actions in Palestine and the wider Middle East.
